She understands the importance of providing a space that is able to facilitate the healing of the whole person-spirit, mind, and body. Her educational background and life experiences have created an undying passion for encouraging and inspiring people to become their best selves. She has set out to become the person for other people that she needed in her younger years!
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family. She is an auntie-mom of two amazing children- Mariah and Christian. She enjoys watching a good movie, is obsessed with Matlock, Diagnosis Murder, Walker, Texas Ranger, A Different World, 227, Amen, and a host of other "throwback shows", playing Mario Kart, and going to the arcade. A good beach and 75 degree weather is also something that makes her truly happy; however, if she could be any where in the world right now, she would choose to be right where she is- surrounded by the people that she loves.
Her life is what she calls, “imperfectly perfect.”
