Rosa Campbell
With more than 25 years of experience in social work and over a decade dedicated to supporting youth in mental health settings, Rosa Campbell understands that every young person has potential—and sometimes, they simply need someone to help them see it.
Throughout her career, Rosa has championed advocacy, empowerment, and meaningful goal-setting, helping individuals recognize their strengths and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Now, she is bringing that passion to The BluePrint Youth Initiative, where she is committed to helping young people build a clear and confident path toward their educational and career futures.
Rosa believes that young people should not have to navigate their future alone. She is passionate about equipping youth with the knowledge, resources, confidence, and life skills they need to make informed decisions, advocate for themselves, and recognize opportunities that may otherwise feel out of reach.
Through The BluePrint, Rosa hopes to help young people move from “I don’t know how” to “I know where I’m going.” Her goal is not simply to help youth plan for a future, but to help them understand that they have the power, potential, and ability to create one.
